ESP have just released images of their new models for 2014. No specs yet, but fun gear pics are better’n nothing! I’ll definitely be stopping by their booth at NAMM.
Remember how ESP is now debuting a USA factory?
They all look very matte finished, which I dig. The new split-flag inlay for the Eclipse is a nice subtle differentiator from the usual Japanese models as well. I’m also digging the HSS layout with old-school ESP hooked headstock on the M-III!
If you’ve forgotten, E-II is the new ESP Standard line. I did a video with a couple of new E-II guitars towards the end of last year:
And here are some new ones for you!
8-string Horizon behemoth!
Horizon III now available as an E-II… hmmm. Personally I’ve never liked the Horizon III shape.
Something more in the PRS wheelhouse here?
Some new signature models, some of which feature both ESP and LTD counterparts, but some guys only get LTDs.
Alex Skolnick signature Eclipse – I wonder how the specs will be customised compared to the normal Eclipse.
Ben Weinman from the Dillinger Escape Plan gets a nod, based on the LTD Xtone.
Ken Susi from Unearth gets an interesting looking signature model – what’s going on with that bridge?
